I’ve decided it’s time to let my pet go, but he/she is uncomfortable and can’t move very well, and I would really prefer to not drag him/her to the hospital. Can you come to my house?

Occasionally.

At home euthanasia’s require a large amount of time to be blocked off of the veterinarian’s schedule – to accommodate time for travel (to and from), time to perform the euthanasia, and time to allow for you to spend time with your loved one after its passing.

Due to the large amount of time needed for the veterinarian to come out to your home, these euthanasia’s typically can’t be done without at least one week notice – and often times, client need it done quickly.

There are several at-home-euthanasia veterinary practices in our area. The best way to search for them is a simple Google search.
